- **D2D-focused — you’ll recruit reps who actually knock doors and show up in the field**:
- **Fast-moving — you’ll source, screen, and close talent fast**:
- **High-impact — every hire affects revenue directly**:
- **Creative and hands-on — FB Groups, DMs, Indeed, referrals, job boards, boots-on-ground if needed**:
- **Remote role with a leadership path for top performers**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Source and recruit door-to-door reps who know how to grind — appointment setters, closers, lead gens**:
- **Post on Facebook groups, job boards, LinkedIn, and create your own referral systems**:
- **Qualify fast — run short, direct interviews that uncover mindset, grit, and hunger**:
- **Coordinate with leadership to hit weekly hiring targets**:
- **Track key KPIs like interview-to-start ratio, rep retention, and activation speed**
**What You Bring**:




- **2+ years recruiting in a D2D, solar, roofing, alarms, pest, or telecom environment**:
- **You know what a real D2D rep sounds like — and how to filter out the fluff**:
- **Comfortable using Facebook Groups, Indeed, LinkedIn Navigator, and sourcing tools**:
- **Fluent in English & Spanish**:
- **You’re persistent, persuasive, and sharp — no hand-holding needed**:
- **You understand the urgency — if we’re not hiring, we’re falling behind**
