**Sales Recruiter - Build and Scale Our Door to Door Sales Team**
**Nova NRG is building one of the fastest growing sales teams in solar and roofing. We are not looking for average. We want a recruiter who knows how to find, qualify, and hire true door to door salespeople who grind, knock, and close.**
**This is a high speed, high volume recruiting role. If you have hired hungry closers before, this is where you belong.**
**What You Will Do**
- **Recruit appointment setters, field closers, and lead generators for door to door sales**:
- **Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and competitor outreach**:
- **Run fast interviews that reveal grit, money drive, and resilience**:
- **Work with leadership to hit aggressive weekly hiring goals**:
- **Track recruiting performance: interview to start ratio, retention, and rep activation**
**What We Expect**
- **2 or more years recruiting in door to door sales industries (solar, roofing, pest, alarms,



telecom)**:
- **Clear understanding of what makes a top producing field rep**:
- **Comfortable with multiple sourcing tools and platforms**:
- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:
- **Self starter who thrives in urgency and pressure**

Pay: $22,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month
