**Who You Are**
- **2+ years recruiting call center reps, appointment setters, and sales assassins.**:
- **You treat recruiting like sales: pipeline, follow-up, conversion, repeat.**:
- **You’ve hired SDRs, closers, and cold callers — and you know how to filter fast.**:
- **Bilingual (English + Spanish) — you can recruit across the U.S. and Latin America.**:
- **Relentless, persuasive, organized, and fast. You don’t wait. You make it happen.**
**What You’ll Do**
- **Hunt, pitch, and close top talent before anyone else touches them.**:




- **Dominate every platform — LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups, WhatsApp, referrals, cold DMs.**:
- **Keep the pipeline overflowing so we never run short on sales soldiers.**:
- **Build fast, simple, scalable recruiting systems that work even while you sleep.**:
- **Track and smash KPIs: time-to-hire, show-up rates, retention, performance.**
