We are looking for an experienced **Chief Business Analyst**to join our team and lead the creation of impactful solutions that drive business success.
In this role, you will work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product strategies, establish roadmaps, and ensure the seamless execution of critical initiatives. **Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key personas and outline core product capabilities
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that includes future releases, initiatives, and strategic goals
- Work closely with business and technical teams to design a value-focused plan for product delivery
- Partner with BA and development teams to break down high-level backlogs into actionable tasks and stories
- Perform market research and engage with customers to define and document product requirements
- Analyze and document the customer journey to improve user experience and product alignment
- Monitor product milestones and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or team management roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or major product features




- Experience collaborating with Agile product development teams
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- Ability to advocate for user-focused solutions, even in complex scenarios
- Capability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization
- Strong skills in managing client expectations effectively
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience performing impact analyses, identifying process changes, conducting testing, and communicating with stakeholders
- Adaptability to excel in ambiguous and fast-changing business environments
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience in fields such as data engineering, data science, or data analytics
- Professional background in the marketing industry
- Previous involvement in the creation or development of data or marketing platforms in any capacity
