We are seeking an experienced **Lead Business Analyst**to drive the development and improvement of internal and external portals aimed at streamlining business operations and enhancing the user experience for submissions and claims processing.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and clarify business needs and objectives
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, data flows, and report mock-ups, to convey requirements to the development team
- Write detailed functional requirements for web portals, user interactions, business logic, and system components
- Present solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and finalize project requirements
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure deliverables align with business objectives
- Provide expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate and manage changes in project scope, priorities, and requirements to maintain alignment with business goals
- Communicate updates effectively and ensure requirement documentation is consistently maintained
- Enforce documentation standards and manage version control for all project deliverables
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects
- Minimum of one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Ability to break down high-level business needs into actionable requirements, process documentation, and user stories
- Experience in drafting complex requirements for enterprise systems like claims processing, policy administration, or billing platforms
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management,



working across teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to business users
- Professional background in industries such as healthcare, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, or investment banking
- Knowledge of Agile and Hybrid methodologies, along with core business analysis practices
- Advanced skills in process improvement and workflow automation
- Experience creating workflows and use cases for conversational AI tools or robotic process automation (RPA) systems
- Understanding of essential user experience and design principles
- Strong analytical capabilities to address complex business problems and provide actionable insights
- Proven ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated flexibility in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

- Experience with platforms and tools for workflow automation and process optimization
