We are looking for a seasoned **Senior Business Analyst**to support the development and enhancement of internal and external portals designed to improve business processes and optimize the user experience for submissions and claims management.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define business needs and objectives
- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, data flows, and report mock-ups, to effectively communicate requirements to the development team
- Draft clear and concise functional requirements for web portals, user interfaces, business logic, and other system components
- Present proposed solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine project requirements
- Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to ensure project deliverables meet business expectations
- Provide expertise to address and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and adapt to changes in project scope, priorities, and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Ensure all updates are communicated effectively and that requirement documentation is consistently updated
- Maintain version control and documentation standards for all project deliverables
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven record of successfully delivering enterprise-level projects
- Ability to translate high-level business needs into actionable functional requirements, process documentation, specifications, and user stories
- Experience in writing complex requirements for enterprise systems such as claims processing, policy administration, or billing solutions
- Strong experience in managing stakeholders,
working with cross-functional teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to business users
- Background in industries such as healthcare, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, or investment banking
- Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid methodologies, along with general business analysis practices
- Intermediate to advanced expertise in process improvement and workflow automation
- Experience designing workflows and use cases for conversational AI tools or robotic process automation (RPA) solutions
- Understanding of fundamental user experience and design principles
- Strong analytical skills to tackle complex business challenges and deliver actionable solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience with tools and platforms for workflow automation or process optimization
- Knowledge of advanced reporting tools or business intelligence solutions
