**Production and Maintenance**
- Directly responsible for all Production and Maintenance personnel with overall site responsibility.
- Manages all manufacturing activities, within company policies and procedures, to optimize the use of the operations resources, minimize costs and to maintain safety and quality.
- Develops manufacturing plans to improve budgeted efficiency and North America Process Improvement targets.
- Maintains facility capacity against budget.
- Responsible for all aspects of production including controls, scheduling to meet company and product requirements, and the delivery of adequate and appropriate maintenance programs in a cost-effective manner to minimize equipment downtime and maximize the use of available equipment.
- Proactively forecasts labor needs, and recommends changes in equipment and work layout, production methods and material handling procedures.
Experiência y requisitos
- Completed bachelor's or engineering degree.




- 5 years of experience in the same position or similar.
- Experience in medium-to-high-volume manufacturing operations with the ability to foster teamwork. Proactive and hands-on supervisory skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is required, with a working knowledge of SAP as an added advantage.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
