Job Description: HR Recruiter (REMOTE)
**Position Summary**
This is a remote, full-time role with opportunities for professional growth within HR and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
**Talent Acquisition**
- Manage the **full-cycle recruiting process** from sourcing to offer stage.
- Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize open roles.
**Onboarding**
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including initial orientation and document collection.
- Coordinate with HR Manager on safety training and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company’s values and culture throughout the recruitment process.
**Requirements**:
- **3+ years of recruiting experience**, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or roofing industries.
- Proven track record of hiring field-based and administrative staff.
- Bilingual proficiency in **English & Spanish** (required).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with labor law basics and compliance requirements.
- Comfortable using tools like **Hubstaff** for remote productivity and transparency.
