We are building a professional, systems-driven firm and are seeking a dependable Tax Client Services Coordinator to support our growth.
**Role Overview**
As the Tax Client Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients during onboarding and offboarding. You will ensure clients feel supported and guided throughout the tax process while managing backend operations in **TaxDome** (our CRM and client portal system).
Your role is critical in creating a smooth client experience, keeping workflows organized, and helping build the backend systems that allow the tax team to focus on delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new client onboarding: send engagement letters, organizers, and welcome messages.
- Collect, organize, and track tax documents within **TaxDome**.
- Monitor client progress and follow up on missing information.
- Update and move client jobs through workflow pipelines (e.g., “Docs Received → Prep → Review → Filed”).
- Help create, improve, and maintain workflow automations inside of TaxDome to streamline firm operations.
- Schedule consultations and review meetings with clients.
- Send secure communications and reminders.
- Manage client offboarding: send return confirmations, invoices, and testimonial/feedback requests.
- Coordinate with the tax preparer/EA/CPA to ensure files are accurate and complete.




- Maintain professionalism in all client communications.
**Qualifications**
**Required**:
- Must have C1 English Level
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in client service, operations, or administrative roles (finance/tax/accounting experience a plus).
- Tech-savvy; quick learner of CRM systems (TaxDome, Canopy, or similar tools a bonus).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Preferred**:
- Experience building or managing workflows/automations in software platforms.
- Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or tax support.
- Prior experience working remotely with U.S. professional services firms.
Compensation
- **Salary Range (Mexico)**: $10,000 - $15,500 MXN per month (depending on experience). Overtime pay during tax season from January to April and end of season bonuses in April and October.
- **Hours**: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, occasional overtime on Saturday during tax season Jan-Apr,).
- **Growth**: Opportunity to advance into a **Client Services Manager** role as the firm scales.
