We are looking for a **Senior Full Stack Engineer** to join our team and contribute to a transformative healthcare navigation platform. This project connects people with the best care when they need it most—delivering high-quality, cost-effective specialty care through a nationwide network of top providers. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team helping millions of members access surgery, cancer care, infusions, and more, all while supported by dedicated care advocates and nurses.

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement robust backend services using **.NET (C#)**, with a strong focus on security, performance, and HIPAA compliance.
- Develop intuitive, responsive frontends using **Angular** or **React**, tailored to both care advocates and patient-facing experiences.
- Leverage **cloud platforms** like **Azure** (and optionally AWS) to build scalable, high-availability solutions using cloud-native services (e.g., functions, queues, storage, managed databases).
- Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of **CI/CD pipelines** using tools like **Azure DevOps** or **GitHub Actions**.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, clinicians, compliance, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Participate in system design discussions, peer code reviews, and agile sprint planning.
- Contribute to internal documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **7+ years** of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in **.NET Core**, **C#**, **TypeScript**, and **Angular** or **React**.
- Proven experience building secure and scalable **REST APIs**.
- Solid experience with relational databases such as **Microsoft SQL**, **PostgreSQL**, or **MySQL**.
- Familiarity with **unit testing frameworks** like **xUnit**, **Jest**, or **Moq**.
- Experience with **OAuth 2.0** authentication and authorization flows.
- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and tools like **Azure DevOps** or **GitHub Actions**.
- Strong understanding of **cloud platforms**, especially **Microsoft Azure**.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with **Infrastructure as Code** tools such as **Terraform** or **Bicep**.
- A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
