- Provide responsive support for end-user hardware and software issues, including desktops,
laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities using ticketing systems
- Monitor and support network connectivity, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN access
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and configuring IT equipment for new
hires and deactivating accounts for departing employees
- Maintain and organize IT inventory, ensuring availability of spare equipment and timely
procurement
- Participate in IT audits and ensure compliance wit
Experiência y requisitos
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering,



or related field- 2-3 years prior experience with providing IT infrastructure and end user desktop support.
- Visa- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and basic networking
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated experience and abilities with guiding and supporting end-users on all organizational IT
- and hardware needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar work setting.
