**Pre-Litigation Collections Specialist**
- **Requirements**:_
- Law degree and professional license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring legal proceedings (commercial cases).
- Knowledge of commercial, civil, and contract law, as well as applicable regulations.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
- **Main Responsibilities**:_
- Manage and follow up on extrajudicial collection processes, ensuring compliance with portfolio recovery goals.
- Analyze contractual obligations, identify risks, and propose recovery strategies.
- Draft, review, and monitor payment agreements and other legal instruments.
- Follow up on legal proceedings and court cases in coordination with external law firms and the internal legal department.
