**Must-have Skills**:
To be successful in this role, you need:
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development, with a specialty in web frontend.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Svelte, Vue, NextJS, Remix, and Astro.
- Knowledge of frontend paradigms: async, declarative, promise, callback, server-driven UI.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
- Ability to clarify product requirements, conduct technical discussions, and design features, e.g., a chat app that includes frontend/backend contracts.
- Focus on performance, scalability, and handling edge cases.




- Testing experience.
- Understanding of backend interaction; full stack experience is a plus.
- Experience designing and implementing micro-frontend architectures to support team autonomy and independent deployments.
- Good knowledge of distributed systems architecture from one or more cloud providers, preferably AWS, utilizing infrastructure as code.
- Experience building maintainable and scalable systems.
- Experience with agentic AI code generation is a plus.
- Experience with full stack development is a plus.
