We are hiring a **Digital Marketing Intern**who will assist the General Content Activation team and its members in the maintenance and enhancement of Steelcase’s digital experiences. You’ll work closely with colleagues to support efforts that keep our websites current, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for user experience. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning and exposure to digital content workflows in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Support their teammates in creation and optimization of web pages.
- Help update internal digital content guidelines and training materials.
- Support the team by loading documents, imagery, and copy into web platforms when needed.
- Help ensure a positive internal client experience by providing updates and completing tasks within expected timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to support business goals.
**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or International Business.
- Advanced written and oral English.
- To graduate at least in December 2026 or later.
- Availability from 7am - 4 pm.
- Interest or basic experience in digital content, web communications, or digital marketing.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Familiarity with WordPress or blogging platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with global and remote teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Eager to learn, open-minded, and proactive.
