**Minimum qualifications**:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish to support client relationship management in this region.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships, along with strong accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:




- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle to prioritize an exceptional experience and continually enhance processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner strategically with hiring teams and stakeholders to drive impactful recruitment practices and achieve hiring goals.
- Drive effective and transparent cross-functional communication to achieve staffing objectives and foster partnerships.
- Develop and execute staffing plans to attract high-quality talent and optimize hiring efficiency.
- Source and evaluate talent, manage efficient interview processes, and drive offer stages, including compensation discussions and successful closures.
