- Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test equipment and fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve line faults to minimize downtime.
- Capture and analyze test data to identify root causes of defects.
- Ensure test equipment provides consistent and repeatable results.
- Maintain proper storage and calibration of testing tools.
- Support production teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
- Comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Requirements
- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience as a production test technician,



product tester, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing equipment and software.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and calibration procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), including GR&R; and CpK.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
