**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist and escort VIP passengers through each stage of their airport journey (check-in, security, immigration, lounges, boarding, and baggage claim).
- Provide exceptional, discreet, and professional service at all times.
- Learn and support operational processes, compliance requirements, and staff coordination.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and client satisfaction.




- Progressively take on leadership responsibilities with the goal of becoming **Head of Operations Mexico**.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to dynamic airport environments.
- Based in Mexico City, with flexibility to travel as operations expand to other airports.
