We are an international logistics company seeking an experienced **Air Export Operations Agent** to join our team in Mexico City. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely coordination of export shipments, working closely with airlines, freight terminals, and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate **air export shipments** from booking to departure.
- Prepare and finalize **HAWB and MAWB** documentation.
- Perform **AWB close-out**: ensure timely submission to airlines or terminals, validate flight bookings, and meet cargo cut-off times.
- Communicate with airlines, clients, and customs brokers to ensure documentation compliance.
- Upload AWBs to airline portals (Traxon, CargoWise, CargoIMP, etc.).
- Verify Incoterms, handle AES/ITN filings when required.
- Maintain proper records and ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
**Requirements**:




- Proven experience in **air export operations** (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of **AWB close-out procedures** and air freight documentation.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
