**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, prioritize, and validate high-impact AI use cases (e.g., fraud detection, AML, credit risk, personalization).
- Lead rapid prototyping, pilots, and PoCs to prove value and ROI; iterate post-launch using KPIs and user feedback.
- Translate complex client needs into actionable requirements; bridge business goals with AI/ML and data capabilities.
- Drive the full product lifecycle in an agile environment, partnering with AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers/Analysts, UX, and Sales/Go-to-Market stakeholders.
- Track emerging AI tech, market trends, and competitive offerings relevant to BFS; embed learnings into the roadmap.
**Must-have Skills (include years of experience)**:
- **5+ years** as a Product Manager delivering data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, ideally in BFS.
- Proven product strategy, discovery,



and definition experience across the end-to-end lifecycle (from ideation to post-launch optimization).
- Strong data proficiency and comfort with ambiguity typical of AI projects; solid grasp of ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data infrastructure.
- Experience working in **agile** teams with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Data, UX, Sales/Stakeholders).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills (technical and non-technical audiences).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- **English level**:Advanced (C1)** or above for client-facing work.
**Nice-to-have**:
- **AI Tooling Proficiency**: Use one or more AI tools to optimize day-to-day work (drafting, analysis, research, or process automation), recommend effective use, and spot workflow streamlining opportunities. _(Include in every posting.)_
