We’re looking for a **Maintenance Coordinator** to join our team and help keep our homes in top condition.
**Position Summary**:
The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient handling of maintenance requests across our portfolio of single-family homes. This position serves as the primary liaison between tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive, log, and prioritize incoming maintenance requests from residents and property managers.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors, technicians, and contractors.
- Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, costs, and communications.
- Inspect properties as needed to verify maintenance needs and completion.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards and budgets.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce future repair costs.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, or maintenance dispatching preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of basic property maintenance terminology and processes.
- Proficiency with property management or work order software (e.g., Propertyware, Propertymeld) a plus.
- Must have computer and reliable internet service

Pay: $11,930.91 - $24,000.00 per month
