**What awaits you?**- Developing and delivering high-level training programs for new team members, ensuring that technical knowledge remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Coordinating the planning, maintenance, calibration, and operation of all equipment.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of material properties, composition, and performance using diverse analytical techniques (spectroscopy, microscopy, mechanical testing, SEM/EDS, etc.).




- Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of and strict compliance with VDA 19 guidelines and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinating and ensuring the execution of all safety protocols within the Laboratories, thereby maintaining a safe and impeccable working environment.
**What should you bring along?**
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry engineering or similar fields.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the automotive or other manufacturing industries.
- 5+ years of work experience in roles related to quality testing laboratories.
- Fluent business English.
