**About Position**
The Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence leads Lean transformation across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for building and sustaining a Lean Management System, driving cultural change, and embedding continuous improvement practices to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (Master’s preferred).5-7 years in manufacturing and Lean leadership roles.Lean Certification required; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Proven success in leading cultural transformation and frontline engagement.Bilingual English & Spanish.
