**BUTLER (Rock Star Agent) - Cruise Ship (Front Desk)**:

**Reports to**: Rock Star Manager & Sailor Services Director
Carsea is recruiting motivated and service-oriented professionals to join the cruise industry as **Rock Star Agents**. This position is the front desk representative onboard, ensuring a **high-standard, personalized guest service** throughout the voyage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a positive first impression for every guest and address them by name when possible.
- Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures: check-in, documentation, boarding cards.
- Support Customs and Immigration clearances and manage ship documentation.
- Process guest accounts, billing, and cash transactions (currency exchange, gratuity adjustments, settlements).
- Balance cash funds daily and ensure accurate records.
- Manage lost and found items with proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean and professional Help Desk environment.




- Prepare and update berthing lists, guest event lists, gift orders, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information about onboard services and respond to guest inquiries.
- Participate in guest functions, inspections, training, and departmental meetings as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in Reception, Help Desk, or customer service roles -F&B; Experience required.
- Administrative and basic accounting skills.
- Strong background in **quality guest service** within hospitality or tourism.
- Ability to resolve guest complaints professionally and with a positive attitude.
- Valid **STCW certificates** as required for the position.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
