You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico location on a On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Advanced technical English level.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Experience on ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory agencies audits (as UL).
- Experience with quality tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
WE VALUE
- Engineering degree.
- Quality Management Systems auditor certification. As: ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, or another Quality System.
- Experience in the electronic industry.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
