**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in global strategic sourcing or procurement, including supplier selection.
- Proven ability to work independently, deliver results, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong influencing and change management skills; ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to take accountability for team results, overcome challenges, and thrive in a highly matrixed environment.

- Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for integral affiliates.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with project management and execution of category and regional strategies.
- Develop category cost models/clean sheets and monitor raw material, foreign exchange, and market trends.
