Job Summary
_ To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Warehouse Supervisor_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus._
_ Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods._
- _ Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled._
- _ Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods._
- _ Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability._
- _ Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse_
- _ Accountable for ordering necessary equipment._
- _ Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked._
- _ Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner._
- _ Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Experience in materials management, Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, or a related field._
- _ Practical knowledge of BAAN or similar systems for inventory and materials management._
- _ Ability to oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, assorting, and efficiently organizing materials._
- _ Proficiency in cyclical counting and understanding the impact of poor inventory management processes._
- _ Familiarity with 5S methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse._
