The Role
As the face of Hotel Del Peregrino, you will do more than just check guests in; you will curate their entire experience.
- **Guest Ambassadorship**: Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- **Sales Excellence**: Use your expertise to offer additional services and tours, maximizing your commission earnings.

Inspect arrival rooms to ensure perfection and maintain our high standards.
- **Full-Service Support**: This is a "hands-on" role. You’ll be a team player ready to assist with various tasks, including **strenuous physical activity such as lifting and carrying heavy guest luggage.**
What You Bring
- **Education**: A degree in Tourism or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least one year in hotel reception or high-end customer service, with a proven track record in sales.
- **Languages**:Fluency in English is required.** Proficiency in French or Italian is a significant advantage!
- **Character**: You are honest, energetic, and arrive 10 minutes early to every shift, ready to lead with a "guest-first" mentality.
Schedule & Logistics
This role features a unique, fixed schedule designed for someone who likes a mix of shifts:
- **Mon - Sat**: 2 PM - 10 PM
- **Sunday**: REST DAY
