**Location**: Mexico Onsite
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Are you organized, techsavvy, and passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences? Join our team as a **Patient Service Representative (PSR) / Scheduler** and become the first point of contact for patients and providers.
What youll do:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and provider calendars
- Handle patient registration, checkin/checkout, and insurance verification
- Support billing and documentation processes in the EHR system
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
What were looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)




- 1+ year of experience in medical office, patient services, or scheduling (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance workflows
- Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer tools
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
