**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies across IT and business teams
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, risks, and delivery metrics
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
- Support release planning, roadmap execution, and cross-team coordination
- Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security, and quality standards
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- (X)+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT projects
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar




- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern IT delivery models
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)
- Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, Nexus)
- Background working with distributed and cross-cultural teams
- Exposure to DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Data platforms
