**Position Details**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in server administration, networking, and software requirements analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**
This role requires a versatile engineer to ensure operational continuity and infrastructure security:
- **Support & Operations**: Provide effective IT support and guarantee constant uptime for main servers and plant computing equipment.
- **Network Infrastructure**: Ensure optimal performance of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), coordinating and implementing structured cabling moves and upgrades.
- **Cybersecurity**: Monitor and resolve threats to network and system security, ensuring data protection.
- **Telecommunications**: Plan and implement voice and data telecommunications systems.
**Required Knowledge and SkillsEssential Technical Skills**
- **Operating Systems**: Windows Server (recent versions), Windows Enterprise, and Linux.
- **Networking**: Extensive knowledge in Switching, Troubleshooting, Wireless networks, network protocols, and monitoring tools.
- **Programming & Databases**: Microsoft Visual Studio,.Net Framework, and MS SQL Server.
- **Security**: Proficiency in network monitoring tools and antivirus solutions.
- **Hardware**: Technical knowledge in electronics, structured cabling, and physical network infrastructure.
**Plus Skills (Desirable)**
- IT Project Management.
- Experience in software requirements analysis applied to manufacturing.




- Advanced proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office.
**Soft Skills**
- **Advanced English**: (80% or higher, indispensable).
- Strong decision-making and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication with internal clients.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Leadership and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
