**Job Summary**:
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
Project Planning and Execution
- Lead planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage day-to-day project activities.
- Oversee risk management strategies and escalate issues constructively for resolution.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product management, sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, and software development to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
Process & Tool Optimization




- Ensure adherence to project management processes, phase gates, and documentation standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support KPI tracking and reporting.
- Leverage project management tools to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:
- Bilingual (Spanish, English)
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with product development life cycles and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:
