**Sr Project Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, anddeliverables.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular statusupdates to stakeholders.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams,ensuring alignment and timely follow-up.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present project status, issues, and resolutions effectively to leadership and clients.
- **Required Qualifications**_
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management with proven success in large-scale, multi-region projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with.NET and Azure is a strong plus.
- General Coordination: Ability to manage projects across different time zones, including early morning calls for China region.
- Government Projects: Experience handling US Government-related projects ishighly desirable.
- Language:



Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

- PMP or equivalent certification.(optional)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- This role requires flexibility to work with teams in China and the US
