**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
You’ll manage your own portfolio of 100-120 residential properties (single-family homes, townhomes, and condos), acting as the go-to person for both tenants and owners.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Keeping operations running smoothly across your assigned properties
- Communicating with tenants, owners, and vendors to resolve issues quickly
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs using AppFolio
- Reviewing invoices and ensuring work is completed to standard
- Monitoring rent payments and addressing delinquency
- Managing turnovers, including scheduling cleaning and repairs
- Handling lease renewals, move-outs,



and security deposits
- Staying organized across multiple systems and tasks
**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Strong communicator who can handle both tenants and property owners professionally
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
- Basic understanding of maintenance issues is helpful
- Experience in property management or AppFolio is a strong advantage
