**VOLCANIX AUTOMATION** is seeking experienced Controls Engineers to support high-speed industrial automation projects across North America. This role involves PLC programming, system commissioning, and integration for advanced manufacturing systems.
The position will be primarily based in the West GTA region of Ontario, Canada, working in a workshop environment for approximately 7 months.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong experience with PLC programming, including:
- Allen-Bradley
- SCADA systems and HMI (PanelView)
- Vision systems
- Experience in high-speed automation environments
- Experience with robotics is a plus
**Preferred Industry Experience**:
- Life sciences
- High-speed production lines
- Pharmaceutical and medical device automation
**Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel 90-100%
- Ability to work on customer sites across North America
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Engineering or technical degree preferred
