Account Manager - Freight Broker (Uncapped Commission | U.S. Logistics)
**Location**: Mérida, Yucatán, México
**Work Arrangement**: On-site
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
**High-Earning Sales Opportunity in General Logistics**
We are a U.S.based 3PL rapidly expanding our operations in Mérida. This team operates as a direct extension of our U.S. brokerage, managing freight across **North America and global markets**, including **truckload, cross-border (U.S.Mexico), ocean freight, and air freight**.

You will work with both **U.S.based and Mexico-based customers**, giving you exposure to international logistics and a diverse book of business from day one.
**Day to Day**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with U.S. and international customers
- Manage shipments across multiple modes: truckload, cross-border, ocean, and air
- Negotiate carrier and customer rates to maximize profitability and margins
- Own the full shipment lifecycle from pricing to execution
- Track pipeline, activity, revenue, and margin performance
**What We’re Looking For**
- Advanced English (C1+) **non-negotiable**:
- Sales experience (logistics, brokerage, or high-volume sales preferred)
- Someone highly competitive and driven by commissions and results




- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection daily
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
**Compensation & Earning Potential**
- Base salary: $15,000-$30,000 MXN/month (gross) + commissions
