**General Purpose of Position**
The GMNA CVO Policy Coordinator supports Company Vehicle Operations (CVO) by ensuring compliance of driver requirements, maintenance of metrics, and interfacing with drivers throughout U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on issue-resolution, customer service, and continuous improvement while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Principal administrator of the Quadrennial Purchase Requirement for the U.S. Product Evaluation Program (PEP) responsible for validating vehicle purchases, interfacing with drivers and reporting on compliance
- Ensure working knowledge of all CVO U.S. and Canada Policies for consultative purposes
- Tier 1 contact for employee questions regarding CVO GMNA programs and any related processes or issues
- Review vehicle incident reports daily in U.S. and Canada for compliance to policy and maintenance of accurate metrics for monthly reporting to leadership
- Work with global CVO policy leads on the development of policies and procedures
- Support the maintenance of the CVO Global Website and CVO General Company Vehicle Policy
- Assist eCVMS Coordinator with profile updates as needed
**Qualifications**

- Professional working language proficiency (written and oral) in English
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or important information clearly and concisely
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and autonomously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High-level of interpersonal skills
- Undergraduate degree required




- Advanced english level (you will be working with customers in US and Canada)- Available to work at any of our General Motors facilities in Mexico.
