**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute innovative content strategies tailored for various social media channels to increase engagement and follower growth
- Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility across search engines and e-commerce platforms
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities, informing future content initiatives
- Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases, media pitches, and influencer partnerships that amplify brand awareness
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other digital platforms to maximize reach and conversions




- Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets while ensuring proofread quality for all published content
- Foster strong relationships with online communities, influencers, and partners to support organic growth initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a focus on growth strategies
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns along with experience in video editing and photography for engaging multimedia content
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality outputs
- Ability to develop compelling stories that align with brand identity while engaging diverse audiences
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Familiarity with social listening tools to track brand sentiment and industry trends effectively
- A proactive mindset with the ability to analyze data insights for continuous improvement in content performance
