**Primary Purpose and Function**:
This job requires a high attention to detail and persistence in communicating with talent. You will be great for this role if you like to keep things organized, are confident talking to creators and talent agencies all over the world, and have no problem with staying on top of things.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate between 10 to 40 influencers per campaign to ensure timely submission of campaign deliverables
- Provide content feedback and support talent in providing high-quality content
- Collect campaign progress and performance data
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and strategize creative content ideas for social media campaigns, emphasizing TikTok
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all necessary financial documents are collected from talent, and initiate influencer payment
**Job Qualifications**:
- Passion for social media content
- Experience with influencer marketing and project management
- Basic knowledge of the Google workspace
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to work independently, with a sense of autonomous ownership
- Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages are favorable
- Able to potentially work past standard work hours
**Location, Hours and Compensation**:
- 100% remote work from home
- 40hr+ a week, potentially past standard hours if campaigns require
- US hours

- This is a contracted position.
