**Role Overview**
The Webflow Launch & QA Specialist owns quality assurance and launch readiness across N4's client websites. This is a senior QA role for someone who has done manual QA at scale, knows exactly where it breaks down, and wants to build the automation and process that replaces repetitive manual checks. You'll work closely with Technical Delivery Leads, developers, and strategists to make sure every site that leaves N4 is technically sound, content-accurate, and optimised for visibility and conversion.
**Note**: We build exclusively on Webflow. No other CMS, no ecommerce. Webflow experience is a strong advantage; solid knowledge of modern web platforms is the minimum bar.
**About N4 Studio**
N4 Studio is a integral digital agency of around 60 people, specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth. We hold the distinction of being Webflow's number one agency partner in the world. We operate fully remote, with clients and teammates across North America, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Our culture is built for international collaboration: clear communication, shared ownership, and a genuine respect for people doing great work regardless of where they are located.
**What you'll be doing**
- **Own end-to-end QA and launch readiness for client Webflow sites**, content accuracy, functionality, and technical checks through structured pre and post-launch audits
- **Build and implement automated QA tooling**(e.g. Playwright, Cypress, crawl/link monitoring, visual regression) to reduce reliance on manual, repetitive testing over time
- **Manage content migrations end-to-end**, including content mapping, validation, and quality control across structured CMS environments
- **Validate SEO/AEO fundamentals pre-launch metadata**, schema markup, indexing rules, redirects,
internal linking, plus CRM/marketing integrations (forms, lead routing, tracking) and GA4 conversion tracking
- **Monitor post-launch performance**, flag issues and optimisation opportunities, and resolve them alongside Technical Delivery Leads and developers
- **Document QA findings**, migration notes, launch sign-offs, and the automation tooling/processes you build, so they're maintainable by the wider team
**Who you are**
- **5+ years in a digital agency** or hands-on web role, with significant experience owning QA or launch/release management end-to-end — not just executing test scripts written by someone else
- **Hands-on experience building test automation**(Playwright, Cypress, or similar) and comfortable scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar) to automate repetitive checks, or confident scoping this work for a developer
- **Deep understanding of technical SEO** (schema markup, metadata, indexing controls) and strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and SEMRush, ideally with experience automating parts of these workflows
- **Experience with content-heavy, structured CMS environments** and large-scale content migrations, plus supporting CRM/marketing integrations (ideally HubSpot) — form logic, lead routing, tracking validation
- **Methodical and organised under delivery pressure**, with the judgement to prioritise issues by risk, impact, and launch timelines, and strong written/verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- **A track record of improving a QA process** rather than just following one; familiarity with Webflow's CMS, staging/publishing workflow, and API is a strong plus
Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per hour
**Language**:
- Fluent English (required)
