**Overview**
As a Digital Solution Specialist, you own the technical and commercial win for a portfolio of Azure CASA customers, operating in a pipeline-first, measurable-impact model. You combine solution expertise with sales execution to generate and progress opportunities, working as part of a coordinated deal team. The role sits within the Digital Solution Area Specialist - Cloud & AI family. You're expected to operate with senior-level autonomy, handle the most complex accounts/deals, and act as a technical reference point for peers — without direct reports
**Responsibilities**
- **Own a Core-account book.** Drive engagement across roughly 100+ Core accounts as DSSP for LATAM territory, prioritizing the top customers per team by Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) and working down.
- **Operate inside the deal team.** When engaged, the Digital Specialist is added to the Opportunity Deal Team alongside the Digital CSA who owns the account.
- **Generate pipeline.** Run structured outreach and participate in account-engagement / pipeline-generation **blitzes** (meetings scheduled, outreach coverage, pipeline created).
- **Ramp and sustain role excellence.** Follow the 30/60/90 ramp — master the role, tools, and rhythms, and the KPIs / role-excellence standards of the integral DSSP team.
- **Bring technical depth in Azure** — migrate & modernize, data & AI,



and consumption growth motions.
**Qualifications**:
- Required/minimum qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with 7+ years of technology sales, account management, solution specialist, technical specialist, or pre-sales experience; or 9+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated success generating pipeline and closing cloud/SaaS opportunities, ideally with Microsoft Azure or another leading hyperscale cloud provider. Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, migration and modernization, and/or data and AI solutions.
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus for supporting Mexico and Spanish-speaking Latin America.
**Additional or preferred qualifications**
Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 11+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
