**Customer Service Representative**

**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco (100% On-site)

**What you'll do**:
- Provide customer support via phone
- Assist customers with billing and account inquiries
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience

**Training**:
- Paid 3-month training program
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
**Work Schedule**:
- Rotating shifts after training
- Service window: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.
- Two rotating days off per week
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English proficiency




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara
