Oversee and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the finishing processes of manufactured products at El Carmen Manufacturing Facility, ensuring production targets are met with high quality standards.- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of finishing operators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Plan and organize daily finishing operations, including scheduling, material allocation, and equipment utilization to optimize efficiency and output.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, downtime, and material usage.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.




- Ensure all team members are adequately trained on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Report on production performance, challenges, and proposed solutions to management.
**- Required Skills and Education**
Job Qualifications**
Engineering degree completed in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, administrative or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in finishing operations.
- Strong understanding of finishing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
