**PROJECT ENGINEER**
**Purpose**:
The Lead Project Engineer (LPE) is a project professional responsible for planning, leading, and managing all engineering activities associated with a capital project. LPEs are expected to have greater project leadership skill and experience in capital projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Establishes effective communications among the engineering and design members of the
Integrated Project Team to ensure alignment around business objectives, project objectives, and
Experience
- Overall understanding of the Project Management Process (Front End Loading) process from FEL-1 through checkout and start-up.
- Typical requirements include an undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline and 8-12 years of experience.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and priority to Designers for multiple businesses.
