**Job Purpose**:
- The Senior Manager is responsible for leading the Materials, Planning, and Logistics function, ensuring efficient customer service and planning, parts procurement, warehouse management, and new product introduction (NPI) processes.
- The role drives operational excellence, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support business goals.
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Oversee end-to-end materials management, including demand planning, inventory control, and parts procurement.
- Lead warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage logistics and supply chain activities to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Drive NPI processes, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure seamless launch of new products.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and support business objectives.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Inventory accuracy and turnover rate
- On-time delivery performance
- Parts procurement lead time and cost savings
- Warehouse productivity and safety metrics
- NPI launch success rate (on-time, on-budget)




- Supplier performance and quality
**Critical experience required**:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in materials management, planning, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Electronics knowledge
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in parts procurement, warehouse operations, and NPI processes.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver business results.
