**About this Position**:We are looking for a Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment across the business. In this role, you will partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to develop reliable demand plans, support operational decision-making, and ensure product availability while balancing working capital objectives.

**What you´ll do**:
- Develop and maintain portfolio segmentation methodologies to improve forecast accuracy across brands and product categories.
- Build and enhance statistical forecasting models to support short-, medium-, and long-term demand planning.
- Monitor demand planning KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy (FCA) and BIAS, and implement action plans to improve performance and profitability.
- Manage inventory health across brands, ensuring optimal product availability while supporting working capital objectives.
- Lead portfolio reviews and maintain accurate system updates to reflect demand and assortment changes.
- Facilitate Demand Alignment Meetings (DAM) with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and forecasts.
- Monitor product shortages, identify root causes,



and drive corrective actions to improve service levels and product availability.
**What makes you a good fit**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning), and IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
