JLL seeks a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Gen AI tools and intelligent agent development to automate and enhance the **Corporate Legal function**. You will architect, build, and maintain advanced AI solutions, collaborating with **Legal stakeholders**, data scientists, and IT teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. We expect a self-starter with proven technical depth, strong data science foundation, and leadership ability, ready to contribute immediately and help shape the **legal technology landscape** at JLL.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with **Business Legal leaders**, business users, and JLL Technologies teams to analyze **legal processes** and identify automation opportunities using generative AI.
- Architect, develop, and deploy Gen AI models and intelligent agents for **legal workflow automation, contract analysis, risk assessment, legal research, document generation,** and other critical **legal functions**.




- Implement solutions that ensure the security, integrity, and scalability of data and processes.
- Create and maintain **dashboards** and AI-driven reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Solve complex problems in an agile environment and provide technical leadership to other engineers.
- Monitor performance, usage, and compliance of all Gen AI automation tools, ensuring robust change management and auditability.
- Stay abreast of emerging Gen AI technologies and ensure JLL's **legal automation solutions** remain at the forefront of industry standards.
