Full Job Description
In this role, you will handle day-to-day financial routines including invoice processing, accounts payable, account reconciliations, and vendor management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts payable, review vendor statements, and process timely bill payments.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to keep financial records precise.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment schedules, and account inquiries.
- Support payroll processing tasks as needed.
- Perform general accounting and administrative data entry in QuickBooks and Excel.
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- **Location**: Must be currently residing in Latin America.
- **Experience**: 1-2+ years of recent,



practical experience in accounting (AP, AR, invoice processing, reconciliations).
- **Software Skills**:
- **QuickBooks** (Advanced proficiency required)
- **Microsoft Excel** (Advanced proficiency required)
- **Language Skills**: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (verbal fluency is essential).
- High level of accuracy, strong organization, and acute attention to detail.
**Preferred**:
- Prior experience with **payroll processing**.
