Responsibilities: Program and Customer Support • Support the execution of automotive programs in alignment with program milestones, customer expectations, and business objectives.
• Contribute to risk assessment, mitigation planning, escalation processes, and overall program coordination as part of the Program Core Team.
• Coordinate with customers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve technical, commercial, quality,



and timing-related issues.
• Participate in engineering change management activities, including feasibility reviews and impact analysis related to cost, timing, tooling, pricing, and implementation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, contractual obligations, and internal processes.
Sales and Business Development Support • Serve as the technical and commercial interface with customers, supporting meetings, negotiations, program reviews, and day-to-day communication with Purchasing, Engineering, and Program teams.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth and collaboration.
• Support preparation of RFQs, commercial offers, pricing strategies, costing analysis, and commercial documentation.
• Assist with contract management activities including repricing, recoveries, ECRs, negotiation preparation, and serial life commercial management.
