HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATOR

JOB PROFILE
We are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator with onsite construction experience, responsible for overseeing compliance with safety measures, identifying risks, and ensuring the application of current occupational health and safety regulations.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS
Safety supervision on construction sites in accordance with current regulations.
Implementation and followup of workplace safety plans.
Identification and assessment of onsite risks.
Personnel supervision and monitoring of safety protocols.
Knowledge and application of STPS Mexican Labor Authority guidelines.
Proper use of construction tools, machinery, and equipment.
Management and supervision of correct Personal Protective Equipment PPE use.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of followup reports for the project files.
Development and followup of action and contingency plans in line with the work plan.
Review of logistics for personnel, suppliers, and material receiving.
Coordination of maintenance, hygiene, and training activities.
Communication of preventive, mitigation, and emergency measures.




Supervision and control of highrisk activities, including
Fire extinguisher handling and fire prevention.
Manual handling of loads.
Proper PPE use.
Training and group management.
Working at heights.
Highrisk electrical work.
Lockout Tagout and signage LOTO.
First aid.
Operation and supervision of mobile elevated work platforms MEWPs.
