We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
As the eCommerce Team Leader,



you will be responsible for driving Reckitt’s digital commerce growth across key channels, including Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, and Social Commerce. You will lead the commercial strategy, strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities to accelerate profitable growth. In addition, you will lead a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally to advance the company's digital transformation agenda. Your responsibilities

Lead the eCommerce and Social Commerce strategy across assigned categories and brands.
Manage strategic relationships with key customers such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Rappi, Uber, and TikTok Shop.
Develop and execute business plans focused on sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
Monitor and analyze key business KPIs, identifying opportunities and potential risks.
Manage commercial investments and budgets, ensuring strong ret
